Alan Tait asked Sampson Hall to take ten nominated leaders from within his team structures from experienced players through to aspiring young leaders in order to develop their leadership and improve the teamwork within Newcastle Falcons.

Sampson hall designed a four hour package to allow these leaders and potential leaders to take responsibility for themselves and their fellow players both on and off the pitch. The course focussed on performance and feedback and contributed to a significant improvement on and off the pitch
