i3 profiling is a bespoke relationship based profiling tool which can be utilised by individuals, teams and as a recruitment tool. It is undertaken on line and takes 20-30 minutes.

By becoming more aware of their dominant instinctive indicators, people are empowered to feel confident in who they are and where they sit within a team. It is a very positive experienced based on preference rather than ability and can be used in a team to develop social cohesion and teamwork through mutual understanding.

Safe Select Psychometric Testing

Safe Select is a group of psychometric tests that show an individuals suitability for employment and their character and personality traits.

It is undertaken on paper and takes upto 4 hours. Safe select also produces bespoke results and can reflect unsuitable behaviour from the past. It is a very cost effective psychometric tool as it is conducted in phases as unsuitable candidates are weeded.

SampsonHall run courses in the South West  to accredit i3 members in order for them to purchase and interpret i3 profiles commercially.
