Sampson Hall use profiling as part of their leadership and team cohesion work to assist in understanding the workings of individuals and teams. They use two profiles that originated in separate countries South Africa, and Australia. Each of these tools delivers a bespoke result that truly reflects the individual qualities of the person undertaking the profile. The tools have a plethora of uses and each of them brings a unique insight into an individual.
i3 profiling is a bespoke profiling tool which can be utilised by individuals, teams and as a recruitment tool. It is undertaken on line and takes 20-30 minutes.
The tool is based on preferences and produces a unique score for every individual. It can be used to work out personality traits, preferred methods of working and potential conflict areas. It is also very useful in constructing and optimising teams for particular roles. When the profile has been completed and the individual has been debriefed they become more aware of their behaviour which is driven by their dominant instinctive indicators. People are empowered to feel confident in who they are and where they sit within a team. It is a very positive experienced based on preference rather than ability and can be used in a team to develop social cohesion and teamwork through mutual understanding.
