The i3 Psychometric profile is all about gaining a better understanding of why an individual behaves in the way they do. It is a psychometric assessment based on preference, rather than competence, which offers an understanding as to why individuals behave as they do. i3 focuses on an individual’s uniqueness rather than compartmentalising them.
This assessment can be completed online in just 15-20 minutes but its effects will last a lifetime. We have great success using this tool as it does not box or point the finger at individuals, it is also available as a team profile and a recruitment profile that ensures you are finding the right candidate for the job role.
Feedback can be given one to one and then shared with a team to allow greater understanding of one another. It helps you to get to know what makes your fellow team member or team leader “tick”. This also allows the opportunity to see whether there are vital elements of a team missing but also allows for a greater understanding of the importance of diversity in a team.
i3 is completed online, an individual report is produced and you then receive a personal debrief from a member of the Sampson Hall team. The profile can be used to develop individuals through self awareness and through direct and informed interventions.

It is a psychometric test, based on Sir Clive Woodward’s successful DNA of a Champion Model, which helps to determine an individual’s mental toughness and how effectively they perform when exposed to stressors, pressure and challenge, irrespective of the prevailing situation.
Individuals complete an online test answering 48 questions, it that takes about 10 minutes and the participant receives three reports.
The test is for individuals and teams who want to understand how hardy and resilient they are. It can be used to develop initially benchmark these traits or to develop for the future.
It is particularly valuable in assessing whether a current individual or team has the necessary hardiness and resilience, identifying areas for improvement but also identifying that team members’ mental toughness balance is correct across a team.
The final area is recruiting future talent, the test can be used as part of the interview or assessment process.
